I can't believe it is raining again today. I was hoping for more nice exercise weather! I have been walking a lot in anticipation of the 5K that we are scheduled to do on May 22. Yep I am really worried about it. Our exercise with Shantell was excellent and I really discovered new areas that I need to work on.
