Apple cider vinegar...

I have been running around all day but have managed to keep my food journal going. I notice that I don't need as much food as I think I do. On the DR. today. TV show they said that you should take 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar every day for health. Mainly because it is alkaline. I just got a little glass out and drank some. WELL it really killed my food cravings immediately. The show never mentioned that side effect. But the show did say that it would help with heart burn.
